Job Summary

Coordinate nonprofit social media and content efforts to support community impact and learning.

  • Draft, schedule, and monitor social content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Must-have: Canva-based graphics design and brand-aligned visuals.
  • Support storytelling through impact stories, testimonials, and partner interviews.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on digital engagement and content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Design visually compelling, brand-aligned graphics using Canva
  • Draft, schedule, and monitor social media content; track and report performance
  • Assist with website updates and email marketing campaigns
  • Support storytelling efforts through impact stories, testimonials, and partner interviews
  • Develop an individualized intern action plan with learning goals and objectives
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and community events

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in digital marketing, storytelling, and content strategy
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Passion for community engagement and nonprofit work
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools (preferred, not required)
