Job Summary

Review and process marketing agreements and consumer promotions in Conga, coordinating with legal and regional teams.

  • Own review and processing of Conga-based marketing agreements (long/short form and promotions).
  • Collaborate with legal to finalize terms and ensure accuracy of duration, deliverables, and consideration.
  • Provide weekly status updates on agreement progress to markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review and process marketing agreements submitted through our contract management software, Conga. This includes long form agreements, short form agreements, and consumer promotions
  • Collaborate closely with the legal department to review and finalize marketing agreements
  • Carefully examine agreements to ensure the accuracy of business terms such as duration, deliverables, and other consideration
  • Assist trade marketing managers in receiving and processing consumer promotion terms and conditions for review and approval by the legal department
  • Maintain and track submissions of consumer promotions on Excel
  • Oversee the management of the agreement priority report and generate weekly reports for the markets, providing the latest updates on agreement statuses
  • Develop and generate customized reports from Conga for managers and directors according to their specific needs
  • Send and respond to emails daily

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
