Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Global Coordination: Manage the "ticket" request system, acting as the primary point of contact for regional teams (EMEA, APAC, AMER) to ensure their content needs are met.
  • Project Management: Support the workflow of global campaigns, ensuring deadlines are hit for digital platforms, TV commercials, and internal communications.
  • Briefing & Creative Support: Assist in drafting creative briefs for new content and participate in the review process to ensure brand consistency across all assets.
  • Multichannel Strategy: Support content planning and asset delivery for various formats, including:
  • Digital & Social: Global social media toolkits and platform-specific edits.
  • Retail: In-store video displays and physical experience content.
  • Large Scale: Support for global events and TVC production.
  • Asset Management: Organize and distribute final master assets to local markets, ensuring they have everything needed for successful local implementation.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of current digital media trends & emerging platforms.
  • Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-obsessed and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well and communicate within a team as well as externally.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, and able to clearly present new ideas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred

  • Experience with Premiere, After Effects or Final Cut Pro a plus.
  • Passionate about action/motor sports and or gaming a plus.
