Job Summary

Own executive messaging and cross-functional communications for a CSM centered COE, shaping strategy, calendar governance, and risk-aware storytelling that moves enterprise priorities.

  • Executive messaging ownership: craft talking points, briefings, and scalable messaging frameworks for internal and external audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: align ES, Marketing, and CS teams and manage speaking calendars with executive assistants.
  • Program leadership: drive integrated communications for Account Success and teach leadership how to communicate complex initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact communications for the CSM COE that drive business goals
  • Develop executive-level talking points, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external engagements
  • Create and maintain consistent messaging frameworks aligned with company strategy and values
  • Manage organizational communications calendar, prioritize opportunities, and develop integrated communications strategies for Account Success
  • Write and edit talk tracks, blog posts, internal messages, and social media content for senior leaders
  • Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate complex business initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging
  • Collaborate with ES, Marketing, and Customer Success Communications teams
  • Partner with executive assistants to manage speaking calendars and commitments
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership on communications opportunities and risks

Requirements

  • Highly organized and energetic leader with at least 10+ years of communications experience
  • Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide and cross-functional communications programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to confidently engage with seasoned executives.
  • Ability to educate stakeholders on communications strategies and influence decision making
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills, with experience capturing an executive’s unique voice and crafting messaging on their behalf
  • Strong project management skills, able to drive complex, multi-stakeholder announcements and initiatives
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and pivot as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills and attention to detail
  • Self starter, with proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
