Job Summary

Own regional internal communications by shaping multi-channel strategies, aligning leadership messaging with business priorities, and coordinating cross-functional teams to inform and engage employees at scale.

  • Own and orchestrate multi-channel internal comms across email, intranet, Teams, video, and events.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure timely, consistent updates and messaging frameworks.
  • Track engagement metrics and refine content, channels, and workflows to improve reach and clarity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support business priorities, organizational changes, and leadership messaging.
  • Partner with HR, HSE, IT, Finance and business line leaders to ensure clear, aligned, and timely communication across the region.
  • Build integrated communication plans that leverage email, intranet, SharePoint, Teams, video, and other internal channels.
  • Write, edit, and publish high quality content including announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, FAQs, talking points, and campaign materials.
  • Manage and optimize internal communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams, intranet hubs) to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure a consistent cadence of communication across business lines.
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that support culture, engagement, recruitment, recognition, and organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with HR on employee focused programs such as onboarding, benefits communications, promotions, and employer brand storytelling.
  • Support leadership visibility through presentations, scripts, messaging frameworks, and event communications.
  • Track communication performance and engagement metrics; use insights to refine content, channels, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in marketing and/or communications or related field of study
  • 5–7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or employee engagement roles within a mid- to large‑scale organization.
  • Experience managing internal communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams, intranet tools).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred

  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement programs, employer-brand storytelling, and internal marketing campaigns.
