Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting exhibitions, programs, dining, events, and development initiatives
  • Translate organizational goals into targeted marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Define campaign direction, including target audiences, objectives, and channel strategy
  • Identify audience segments and opportunities to drive visitor and community engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Facilitate sprint planning and coordinate campaign execution with marketing leadership
  • Develop and maintain an institutional marketing calendar and campaign timelines
  • Coordinate deliverables across communications, digital, and creative teams to ensure alignment
  • Support marketing request intake, prioritization, and workflow management across departments
  • Identify opportunities to increase attendance, participation, and revenue-generating activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or related field
  • 3–6 years marketing or campaign experience required; 6+ years preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing & executing integrated marketing initiatives
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based workflows preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate high cultural competency with Native communities preferred
  • Nonprofit, museum, cultural, tourism, or hospitality marketing experience preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, ClickUp, Constant Contact, Dropbox, Hubspot, Mailchimp, OptiSigns, Roller, and WordPress not necessary, but considered a plus
