Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns that span across various media platforms – experiential/events, digital including programmatic media and social, broadcast, print, etc.
  • Participate in client need intake process, translating into project vision and parameters.
  • Owning actionable budget development, project schedule and process.
  • Establish team communication methodology including status reports, team meeting notes and action items lists.
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively, transparently and proactively.
  • Take ownership of the integrated project management process throughout the lifecycle—from digital web development to live experiential activations—ensuring the team uses agency processes and tools effectively.
  • Lead and help project teams stay accountable.
  • Act as a liaison between account, strategy, creative and dev teams.
  • Primary production contact for client, lead production-focused client meetings and deliver clear, accurate status reports covering schedules, budget, deliverables and key project milestones
  • Review projects for quality assurance purposes and ensures that both internal and client reviews take place.

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in creating from brand work, content, campaign development and media assets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting, communications, scheduling and time/resource management
  • Lifecycle Confidence: Proven ability to manage the entire project lifecycle from proposal writing and budgeting through development and people management, including technical consultation and interface with with dev teams and the ability to have high-level commercial conversations regarding risk and insurance
  • Vendor & Talent Management: Experience identifying, negotiating, and booking a diverse range of resources, from web developers to freelance production talent, to ensure best-in-class pricing and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, and client interfacing abilities
  • Must possess ability to handle numerous projects at one time, meet fast turnaround deadlines, and maintain an eye for detail
  • Must be well-versed in web development processes, able to collaborate effectively with developer partners while understanding timelines, technical constraints, and the creative problem-solving required to deliver impactful digital solutions.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Prior exposure to or interest in B2B – industrial, technology, and SaaS sectors. Including the desire to understand our client’s complex business at a high level and the various audiences they serve and business challenges they face
