Job Description
Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing
- Source, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships
- Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation
- Develop briefs and oversee campaign execution
- Track performance (ROAS, CAC, engagement) and optimize
- Identify top creators for long-term partnerships and paid amplification
- Affiliate Management
- Manage and grow the affiliate program
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates
- Monitor tracking links, codes, commissions, and payouts
