Job Summary

Own regional outreach to Jefferson County health and social care networks to drive referrals and program growth across hospitals, primary care, schools, social services, and probation partners.

Community Outreach & Partnerships: Build and sustain relationships with hospitals, PCP offices, schools, social services, probation, and local nonprofits to source referrals.
Program Growth & Coordination: Identify opportunities for new services and work with leadership to scale outreach initiatives across the region.
Regional Presence & Communication: Attend events, report needs to leadership, and ensure timely responses to inquiries while managing travel and occasional evening activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with Jefferson County hospitals and medical providers
Develop and maintain relationships with Primary care offices
Develop and maintain relationships with Schools and school counselors
Develop and maintain relationships with Social service agencies
Develop and maintain relationships with Probation and community supervision partners
Develop and maintain relationships with Local nonprofit and community organizations
Promote Chrysalis Health outpatient mental health services and Substance Use Treatment Services
Identify program development and growth opportunities within Jefferson County
Attend local networking events and provider meetings
Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding regional outreach needs

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Behavioral health
Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare marketing
Minimum 1 year experience in Community outreach
Minimum 1 year experience in Referral coordination
Minimum 1 year experience in Case management or social services
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance
Clean driving record (no more than 6 points)
Ability to complete background screenings

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field Preferred
Knowledge of Jefferson County referral networks preferred
