Responsibilities

• This is a contract, remote role for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist.
• leading the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot solutions for clients, ensuring systems are set up and configured based on their unique business needs.
• The candidate will work closely with clients to deliver streamlined processes, offer expert-level support, and train clients on using HubSpot effectively.
• analyze business data to provide insights and recommendations to maximize workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and process optimization
• Experience with software implementation and the ability to configure CRM and automations, specifically in HubSpot
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver training and provide clear guidance
• Proven customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and positive project outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively

Preferred

• Familiarity with RevOps principles and best practices is a plus
• Experience with other CRM or automation platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred
