Job Summary
Own hospital liaison and community outreach to turn referrals into admissions, with a focus on senior living, hospital partnerships, and family engagement.
- Build and manage STL region partnerships with hospitals and case managers to drive referrals and admissions.
- Plan and execute events and presentations for senior communities and medical professionals.
- Conduct tours and family meetings to convert referrals into admissions.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- This dynamic leader will lead aswell as work together with our current Team within our STL Region.
- Serving as the liaison to hospitals, medical professionals, and case managers to represent our facility and promote referrals, and admissions.
- Developing and implementing special events and presentations targeted at senior communities, hospitals, and the medical community.
- Conducting tours and meeting with potential residents and family members and following through to ensure potential referrals are converted into happy admissions.
