Owns relationships with referral sources and executes a multi-channel outreach strategy
Manages activities from cold outreach to closing sales and ongoing follow-up
Leverages existing networks and marketing plans to exceed growth targets

Job Description

Responsibilities

It is expected that the candidate will already have deep connections and patient referral channel(s).
The Community Liaison will be responsible for conducting in-services, building relationships, receiving referrals, and promoting our hospice agency with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing facilities, Doctors’ offices, and Assisted living facilities throughout I.E.
Makes cold calls to all potential healthcare settings that could use our services.
Completes Direct door marketing program
Visiting leads and closing sales
Lead follow-ups
Analyzes referral/company relationships.
Analyzes advertising and sales promotion needs.
Develop and build professional relationships with potential referral sources
Close sales with referral sources and maintain ongoing follow up relationships

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hospice and Home Health Marketing
Must be well organized, disciplined, motivated and detail-oriented
Must have ability to make immediate impact
Be able to multi-task
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards referral sources and co-workers
Reliable means of transportation
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Hospice : 3 years (Required)
Experience: Hospice Marketing: 3 years (Must)
