Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned accounts regularly to stay top of mind and ensure staff has what they need to sell our brands.
  • Install branded POS that fit the account vibe and make High Noon and Lucky One pop.
  • Ensure visibility is front and center and materials are clean, in good condition, and positioned in busy areas.
  • Manage promotional activity and consumer tastings to demonstrate quality.
  • Talk to customers about the brand story to create memorable experiences.
  • Identify and inspire new consumers to try our brands, including those who haven’t experienced them yet.
  • Use reporting tools to document menu placements and POS compliance during visits.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Provide feedback to management and partners to optimize programs.
  • Maintain professional reporting and compliance across market observations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year experience in a marketing or sales role relevant to Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary, or Agency
  • Strong understanding of the local market, key accounts, and consumer dynamics
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, pass MVR check; must be 21+
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for training, meetings, or events plus local market travel
