Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the EMEA paid acquisition strategy across all channels, driving sustainable and profitable growth through data‑driven experimentation and continuous optimization.
  • Translate business objectives into clear acquisition roadmaps with measurable outcomes, while leading, mentoring, and inspiring high‑performing regional and functional teams.
  • Partner closely with Product, D2C, Analytics, Brand, and Finance to ensure full end‑to‑end alignment of the growth strategy.
  • Drive sustainable growth targets and long‑term value by operating hands‑on—both personally and through your team—while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and maintaining deep alignment with the commercial agenda.
  • Lead quality and conversion improvements across all funnel stages, driving growth in activation, retention, sales, and engagement through data‑driven strategy and continuous optimization.
  • Identifying, testing, and scaling high‑performing acquisition channels (paid media, organic, SEO, partnerships, referral).
  • Optimizing user and buyer journeys across all touchpoints.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting across all paid channels.
  • Establishing a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap (creative, landing pages, audiences, bidding, offers).
  • Implementing processes for continuous optimization of CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, ROAS, and yield across funnel stages.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in paid acquisition / performance marketing, with leadership at scale
  • Proven track record driving measurable growth in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Experience driving growth in complex, multi‑market environment
  • Deep analytical expertise with the ability to turn data into clear strategic decisions
  • Strong strategic mindset, balanced with hands‑on execution credibility
  • A true growth mindset — curious, experimental, resilient, and continuously learning
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder influence abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data tools
