Job Summary

Own the transition from founder-led to scalable marketing by building a global, multi-channel engine with content at the core and a phased plan that lands partner programs and Microsoft Co-Sell.

Growth/Content Ownership: Drive messaging across direct outreach, partners, and Co-Sell with a website and resource hub that support webinars, videos, and social content.
Scale and Process: Create an autonomous marketing function, publish 30 product videos, run three webinars, and establish repeatable customer-facing asset creation and agency management.

Responsibilities

Lead marketer, leading marketing globally and building scalable marketing step by step to a large TAM.
Immediate opportunities in content to consistently deliver our message across several channels: direct outreach, partners and Microsoft Co-Sell.
Expand and improve our website, resources, webinars, videos and social media content.
Longer term, we see opportunities in PR, events and community and need to build these.
Build an increasingly autonomous marketing function capable of supporting the next stage of Plansom's growth.
30 / 60 / 90 Day Plan - First 30 Days: Launch a new website, Enable Plansom's partner program, Optimise outreach, Publish product demo videos.
60 Days: Enable Microsoft Co-Sell with the customer-facing materials required to support joint opportunities. Deliver webinar series to educate new and existing users about Plansom. Build additional landing pages and use cases to support outreach campaigns.
90 Days: Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day marketing from hands-on to occasional input only. Assume control of marketing agencies. Publish a total of 30 product videos and deliver three webinars, though we care more about whether they land than hitting the number. Establish a repeatable process for creating and maintaining customer-facing resources. Present recommendations for the next phase of growth, including PR, events and community.
After 90 Days: Develop the 12-month marketing strategy. Work closely with the founders, sales and product teams to drive Plansom's growth.
