Responsibilities

• Own User Growth — 0 → 1 → Scale
• Define and execute the overall user growth strategy
• Drive acquisition, activation, and retention across the funnel
• Identify early PMF signals and double down on what works
• Build & Scale Marketplace Growth
• Design and optimize supply and demand growth strategies
• Solve cold-start and liquidity challenges
• Build scalable growth loops between both sides of the marketplace
• Define ICP & User Segments
• Identify and prioritize high-value user segments on both sides

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product growth roles
• Proven experience driving 0 → 1 user growth in early-stage startups
• Strong experience with marketplace or two-sided platforms
• Deep understanding of supply-demand dynamics and growth loops
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, including:
• A/B testing
• Funnel optimization
• Onboarding
• Highly data-driven with a strong bias for action
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Preferred

• Experience solving marketplace cold-start problems
• Background in product-led growth (PLG)
• Experience working closely with product teams on growth features
