Responsibilities

• Design and own comprehensive growth strategies for Vanspeed and VanspeedPro.
• Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to generate high-quality leads.
• Optimize and scale both brand websites for conversion and customer acquisition.
• Track and analyze key growth metrics, implementing continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Own the CRM strategy and execution (we use HubSpot), ensuring seamless lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion.

Requirements

• Proven track record in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar senior role.
• Experience scaling digital revenue channels, especially in e-commerce or high-ticket products.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling brands—ideally with experience in automotive, mobile ventures, or lifestyle-driven markets.
