Responsibilities

• Build and manage referral relationships with pediatricians, pediatric practices, primary care providers, healthcare organizations, and other referral partners
• Identify and conduct outreach to school counselors, school administrators, district leaders, student services teams, and other K-12 decision-makers
• Develop relationships with schools and districts to secure meetings and explore opportunities to provide Plutonic’s therapy services to students and families
• Work directly alongside the Founder & CEO on health insurance payer outreach, including identifying relevant payer executives and decision-makers, conducting targeted outreach, securing introductory meetings, and supporting follow-up
• Help communicate Plutonic’s value proposition to health plans, including its potential to improve behavioral health outcomes
• Represent Plutonic at trade shows, healthcare conferences, school events, district events, and community fairs
• Pitch Plutonic’s therapy services and proprietary virtual therapy platform to prospective partners
• Develop and refine outreach materials, presentations, talking points, and partnership messaging
• Maintain an organized pipeline of school, payer, healthcare provider, and community partnership opportunities
• Track outreach activity, meetings, referrals, opportunities, and partnership progress

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and initiating relationships with new organizations and decision-makers
• Comfortable pitching services and technology both one-on-one and in group settings
• Experience or strong interest in business development, sales, partnerships, healthcare, education, or community engagement
• Organized, proactive, persistent, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple outreach pipelines and consistently follow up with prospective partners
• A must-have: genuine passion for helping people and expanding access to mental healthcare

Preferred

• Familiarity with behavioral health, digital health, K-12 education, pediatric healthcare, or health insurance is a plus
• Existing relationships within Georgia schools, pediatric practices, healthcare organizations, or health plans are a strong plus
• Startup, health tech, or early-stage company experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
