Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth engine - demand gen, content distribution, paid, SEO, events, and partnerships
  • Define and instrument the funnel from awareness to closed revenue - and be accountable to the numbers
  • Run fast experiments across channels, messaging, and audiences and turn results into repeatable playbooks
  • Own the marketing and rev ops tech stack - tooling, attribution, and data infrastructure
  • Align closely with Sales Development and AEs to connect inbound and outbound into one cohesive motion
  • Build and manage a lean, high-output team of marketers and growth operators

Requirements

  • Deep marketing & sales expertise - You've owned growth at a high-velocity B2B company and have a proven track record of turning strategy into revenue
  • Rev ops & systems fluency - Hands-on experience owning marketing and revenue operations infrastructure, including CRM, attribution, and automation tooling
  • Multi-channel execution - Proven ability to run and optimize across paid, organic, content, outbound, and event channels simultaneously
  • PM-adjacent product thinking - You think in experiments, roadmaps, and iteration loops - building growth like a product
  • Analytics-first mindset - Deeply data-driven with the ability to build and interpret funnel models, cohort analyses, and attribution frameworks
  • Early-stage comfort - You've scaled growth in a startup environment where you were simultaneously strategist, builder, and executor
  • Modern GTM tooling - Fluent in tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, Notion, and relevant analytics platforms
  • B2B SaaS buyer expertise - Deep understanding of founders and GTM leaders as core buying personas
