Job Summary

Own growth by shaping go-to-market, building key relationships, and running rapid experiments to define scalable metrics.

  • Lead the GTM strategy and execution to launch Lattica's initial growth phase
  • Build and nurture relationships with traders, market makers, funds, and ecosystem partners
  • Identify and recruit high-value early users to kickstart adoption

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute Lattica’s initial go-to-market strategy.
  • Build relationships with prediction-market traders, market makers, funds, creators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify and recruit our highest-value early users.
  • Design and run rapid growth experiments.
  • Define the metrics and systems we use to understand growth.

Requirements

  • You live on X, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Talking to users and potential users fills you with joy.
  • You prefer to ship and iterate rather than “plan.”
  • You have traded, used, or believe in the mission of prediction markets.

Preferred

  • Experience in graphic design and video editing is a meaningful plus.
  • Major plus if you live in or are willing to relocate to Philadelphia (it's a great city, we promise).
