Job Summary

Own the growth engine for Lattica's early GTM, partnering with traders, market makers, funds, and ecosystem players while running rapid experiments and defining growth metrics.

Build relationships with prediction-market participants, funds, and partners
Recruit high-value early users

Responsibilities

Help develop and execute Lattica’s initial go-to-market strategy
Build relationships with prediction-market traders, market makers, funds, creators, and ecosystem partners
Identify and recruit our highest-value early users
Design and run rapid growth experiments
Define the metrics and systems we use to understand growth

Requirements

You live on X, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
Talking to users and potential users fills you with joy.
You prefer to ship and iterate rather than “plan.”
You have traded, used, or believe in the mission of prediction markets.

Preferred

Experience in graphic design and video editing is a meaningful plus.
Major plus if you live in or are willing to relocate to Philadelphia (it's a great city, we promise).
