Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert forecaster-creators (KOLs, active Prediction Market traders, finance influencers) into founding hivy community leaders
• Own the outreach pipeline: Telegram, Discord, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, direct
• Drive the Founding Forecaster program — 50 slots, tiered benefits, public momentum tracker
• Build and maintain creator activation flows from signup to first live community
• Grow the waitlist toward 2,000+ and 10,000 active users by Q3 2026
• Own all top-of-funnel channels: X/Twitter, Product Hunt, Discord, newsletters
• Run referral mechanics and invite-only access loops that turn early joiners into distributors
• Coordinate launch-day blitz: Product Hunt (#1 target), press embargo drops, social proof amplification
• Track creator retention, community subscription revenue, and copy-predicting volume as primary growth metrics
• Build weekly ritual engagement loops — Monday prediction posts, Friday leaderboard spotlights

Requirements

• 3–6 years in growth, marketing, or community at a consumer product, fintech, or Web3 startup
• Direct experience with two-sided marketplace dynamics - you understand that supply and demand have different funnels
• Deep familiarity with prediction markets, crypto-native communities, or financial creator economies
• Hands-on with growth tools: analytics, CRM, referral systems, email/social automation
• Strong written voice - you can write a cold DM that gets a reply and an X thread that gets shared
• Comfortable in a zero-to-one environment: no playbook exists yet, you'll write it

Preferred

• Active trader on Polymarket, Kalshi or any other Prediction Market
• Experience growing a creator program or influencer network
• Prior Early-stage startup experience
