Job Summary

Own and optimize the lead-generation engine for software development services by combining outbound prospecting, paid acquisition, and proactive sourcing from RFPs and marketplaces to feed a high-quality pipeline.

Lead generation systems: design, launch, and sharpen outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn to raise reply rates and booked meetings.
Market targeting: identify companies actively seeking software development services, sourcing opportunities from RFPs, procurement portals, startup communities, and project marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through outbound, sourcing, prospecting, and paid acquisition
Run and optimize cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn
Identify companies actively searching for software development services
Source opportunities from RFP boards, procurement portals, startup communities, hiring posts, and project marketplaces
Improve lead quality, reply rates, and booked meetings
Continuously optimize lead generation systems and workflows

Requirements

Proven experience generating leads for software development agencies, AI agencies, SaaS companies, or B2B technical service businesses
Strong outbound and prospecting experience
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email systems
Experience sourcing leads from RFPs, bid boards, and online opportunities
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation systems
Ability to independently manage execution and results
