Job Summary

Own the content-to-distribution engine that turns blog formats into signups, plus a growth playbook focused on Reddit and community channels, and systematic coach partnerships that feed a deduplicated funnel.

  • Content-to-Distribution: Own the pipeline from AI-assisted content to signups across formats and distributions.
  • Growth Channel Ownership: Lead Reddit-driven and community-based growth with experiments and automation.
  • Partnerships and Funnels: Systematize coach partnerships into acquisition funnels with co-branded content and referrals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content-driven acquisition. The blog is the engine — AI-generated hand analysis, editorial articles, "Coach vs QuintAI" dual-take pieces. You work with the Content Lead on which formats drive signups, how articles become Reddit posts become social content become signups. You own the content-to-distribution pipeline and measure what converts.
  • Growth hacking and distribution. Reddit is our primary organic channel. You own the growth playbook: scraping r/poker threads and replying with AI-powered hand analysis, Discord bot injection into poker servers (PokerNow's viral model), automated content distribution, and community-led growth tactics. We have 65+ scored growth ideas — you pick, prioritize, execute, measure.
  • Coach partnerships as a growth channel. Coaches promote QuintAce to their students — zero-CAC acquisition. You work with the BD Manager to turn coach partnerships into systematic acquisition funnels: co-branded content, testimonial-driven articles, coach community activation, referral mechanics.
  • Funnel and retention. D1/D7/D30 retention, session frequency, feature adoption. You own the metrics and the experiments that move them. You work with product to build features that retain, not just attract.
  • Viral mechanics. Hand sharing, coach communities, leaderboards, Reddit Mini App engagement loops, Duolingo-style streaks. The product has natural virality — you systematize and amplify it.

Requirements

  • Experience as the growth person at a startup — not a growth team member at a big company, but the person who owned the number and figured out how to hit it.
  • You understand content as an acquisition engine — not "content marketing" that measures impressions, but how a blog article turns into 10 Reddit posts that each drive signups that feed a retention loop.
  • You think in funnels, cohorts, and experiments. You know what a good D7 retention looks like for a freemium product. You've run experiments that moved metrics 2-5x, not 5%.
  • You create, not just manage. Show us your portfolio — campaigns you designed, content you wrote, communities you built.
  • You're community-first. You understand how Reddit, Discord, and niche communities work — and how they detect and reject inauthentic marketing instantly.
  • You&aposre platform-native. You actually use the platforms you'd grow on. If you&aposre doing Reddit growth, you have a real Reddit presence.
  • Your resume shows acceleration — you&aposve grown something from small to meaningful. A community, a product, a user base.
  • You work through AI agents daily — Claude, ChatGPT, analytics tools — delegating research, content generation, and data analysis to agents while you focus on judgment calls.
  • You&aposre self-directed and autonomous. In a distributed, async-first company, you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • You&aposre scrappy. You'll be writing SQL, setting up analytics, hacking together experiments, and presenting to the CEO.
  • You&aposre direct. If a channel isn't working, you say so and move resources.

Preferred

  • You play poker or strategy games.
  • You've done growth for a community-driven or creator-partnership product (think Chess.com, Duolingo, Strava, Discord communities).
  • You have Reddit or Discord growth experience — community growth hacking, automated distribution, organic engagement strategies.
  • You&aposve built content-to-acquisition pipelines — turned a content engine into a systematic signup machine, not just a blog.
