Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative planning process across teams, ensuring the content calendar is aligned, prioritized, and executed on time across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of multi-format content (written, video, social, interactive, live) that enhances corporate storytelling and supports both short-term moments and long-term initiatives.
  • Follow editorial guidelines, tone of voice frameworks, governance processes, asset management processes, and accessibility standards.
  • Lead the full Stellantis North America social media ecosystem (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms), including platform-specific strategies, content calendars, community management, and channel optimization.
  • Partner with Executive Communications to advance executive visibility programs, supporting senior leaders with platform strategy, content development, and engagement planning.
  • Integrate issue and reputation management into social strategy in partnership with Corporate Communications.
  • Oversee end-to-end video production, including creative concepting, scripting, storyboarding, budgeting, scheduling, shoot direction, and post-production.
  • Lead the creation of social-first, vertical, shortform video formats optimized for reach and audience engagement
  • Manage livestream and event-based video content for product reveals, leadership moments, community initiatives, and media announcements.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools to streamline content ideation, production workflows, editing, insights generation, multilingual content, and rapid asset versioning.
  • Manage external partners; foster a collaborative culture focused on creativity, quality, and performance.
  • Leverage data and insights frameworks that connect content performance to business and communications KPIs.
  • Drive experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement across platforms and formats.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in communications, digital content, editorial strategy, marketing or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams, cross-functional partners and outside agencies
  • Deep expertise in social media strategy, content planning, community management, and paid/organic optimization across major platforms.
  • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills, with experience running or contributing to cross-functional newsroom-style content operations.
  • Deep understanding of video production and multimedia storytelling for third-party/media use.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and insights to develop data-driven strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience integrating or leveraging AI tools within content or editorial processes.

Preferred

  • Experience in the automotive, mobility, or other large, global consumer-facing organizations.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools, content management systems, and performance/measurement and analytics dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for asset management and basic content production.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership on thought leadership and visibility programs.
  • Knowledge of brand governance, accessibility standards, and digital communications best practices.
  • Understanding of technology, sustainability, manufacturing, and mobility trends.
