Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and execute e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement across all online channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, affiliate) for up to 8 start-up brands.
  • Creative & Brand Leadership: Lead the development of consumer product brands through high-impact digital campaigns and assets (ads, video, display, social, and websites), ensuring alignment with brand positioning and a strong focus on conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Optimization of Paid Media: Partner closely with the ad buying team to shape and refine large-scale paid media strategies, primarily across Google, Meta, and TikTok. Continuously analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a small, high-performing team of product creators, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution of digital initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own e-commerce performance metrics and reporting. Regularly review KPIs, analyze campaign results, and refine strategies to improve ROI and meet growth targets.
  • Retention & Loyalty: Develop and lead initiatives to increase customer retention, improve lifetime value (LTV), and drive repeat purchases through CRM and email marketing programs.
  • Forecasting & Financial Collaboration: Collaborate with the CBO, finance, and product managers to develop annual sales forecasts and oversee monthly updates to ensure accurate and timely projections.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital brand marketing and e-commerce, including both leadership and hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record of managing substantial paid media budgets and driving DTC e-commerce growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, KPIs, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a knack for optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Strategic thinker who can move quickly into tactical hands-on execution and creative problem-solving
  • Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Adaptable and innovative, with the ability to pivot as business needs evolve
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva), and CMS/CRM platforms, with the ability to use them directly
  • Highly organized with strong project, time management, and prioritization skills
