Responsibilities

The Face of Bustem: Maintain a high-energy, premium presence that makes brand protection look as cool as it is essential.
Creative Autonomy: Own the entire process—from the first spark of an idea to the final edit.
Ad Innovation: Design organic-style ads that don't feel like ads, driving massive discovery and growth.
Growth Hacking: Take full control of our KPIs. We want to see the followers climb and the engagement skyrocket under your leadership.
Founder Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our Founder to align your creative vision with our global scaling goals.

Requirements

Social Authority: You already know how to build a crowd. You have a following of 50k to 100k+ with the engagement to prove it. People listen when you speak.
NYC Native/Local: You live for the Manhattan energy and are ready to create daily from our HQ.
The "It Factor": You have a "perfect" speaking presence, a premium aesthetic, and an intuitive grasp of what's trending before it actually trends.
Strategic Mindset: You don't just make "pretty" videos; you make content that converts and builds authority.
