Own and execute a viral, platform-spanning content program by crafting short-form video, refining brand voice, and partnering with Sales, CX, and Engineering to maintain a cohesive narrative while using analytics to maximize reach and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shoot short-form, attention-demanding content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Edit video and audio in CapCut, Adobe Premiere or whatever you are fluent in
  • Iterate on your content strategy and brand voice by tracking the virality of your content. The purpose is for your content to always be seen by as many relevant people as possible
  • Build a repeatable framework that extends the shelf-life of important assets so that we are always publishing content
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience and Engineering to maintain a cohesive brand and story throughout other types of content: training videos, product launches, webinars, etc.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of your content, prioritizing reach, leads and revenue in how we determine impact of your work

Requirements

  • Strategic storyteller with a proven track record of producing viral content for brands; B2B or D2C will work here
  • Experience leading or executing on content plans at a startup or agency that works with non-traditional brands that are willing to take risks to demand attention online
  • Natural intuition for how to connect with people regardless of their background or interest
  • Cares about the craft of editing and videography - always looking to push the boundaries of your best work
  • Comfort operating with high ownership in a small team where your decisions become the standard
