Responsibilities

  • Concepting, shooting, and editing high quality photo and video content
  • Maintaining strong, consistent streetwear aesthetic standards
  • Writing compelling, brand aligned social copy
  • Publishing and managing cadence across Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube
  • Supporting product launches and campaign drops
  • Assisting during photoshoots
  • Engaging with the community
  • Identify and vet approximately 50 influencers per month per brand
  • Use platforms such as SARAL and native research to source creators
  • Manage outreach, gifting, commission structures, and creative briefs

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing social for a streetwear or fashion brand
  • Exceptional photo and video editing ability
  • Ability to produce high volumes of content without quality decline
  • Strong understanding of brand aesthetic and visual cohesion
  • Experience writing blogs and long-form content
  • Deep familiarity with social platform behavior
  • Experience with influencer coordination
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Extremely organized and self directed
