Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers to deliver quarterly revenue and margin goals.
  • Build a high-performing, data-driven culture focused on accountability, learning, and proactive client management.
  • Identify and groom future leaders within the Client Growth organization.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts, building trusted senior-level relationships across marketing, product, and data teams at client organizations.
  • Oversee annual and quarterly business planning across key accounts, ensuring account strategies are aligned with advertiser objectives and regional business priorities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute account expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell initiatives).
  • Own overall client growth revenue targets for the region and drive predictable quarterly performance through disciplined pipeline and retention management.
  • Analyze account performance and trends to identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, or efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure robust account forecasting, revenue hygiene, and margin control processes are in place.
  • Work closely with Trading, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and innovation for clients.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in client-facing roles within performance marketing, programmatic advertising, or growth marketing, with at least 4–5 years in people leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, client retention, and team leadership within a high-velocity advertising or media environment.
  • Deep understanding of DSPs, MMPs, and measurement ecosystems (e.g., SKAN, attribution, viewability).
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach - able to translate complex performance insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with executive clients and internal CXO stakeholders.
  • Experience working across global, matrixed teams and time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business education preferred.

  • The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $152,000 USD and $206,500 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York * . In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.
  • Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.
