Job Summary
Drive early growth by testing and refining approaches across social, referral, and community channels while tailoring messages to user segments and piloting ambassador programs.
- Growth experiments: test tactics across social, referral, and community channels to identify high-impact approaches.
- Messaging and programs: craft segment-specific messaging and build referral/ambassador programs to boost activation and advocacy.
- Measurement and content: analyze results and explain spending against assets without liquidation while doubling down on what works.

Responsibilities
- Run growth experiments across social, referral, and community channels to identify high-impact tactics.
- Help craft messaging for different user segments to improve activation and retention.
- Build and manage referral or ambassador programs to fuel growth and advocacy.
- Create content that explains spending against assets without liquidating.
- Analyze what's working and double down on successful strategies.
Requirements
- Current high school or college student
- Genuine curiosity about fintech or crypto; expertise not required, interest is
- Bias toward action: you ship fast and iterate
- Strong written communication
Preferred
- Bonus: experience with social media growth, analytics, or community building
