Job Summary

Own lifecycle driven activation and multi channel communications for Apple services, turning data, automation, and optimization into steady growth.

  • Own customer journey design and testing across channels with CRM/ESP automation for lifecycle programs.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align plans, risks and milestones while pushing for program-level improvements.
  • Leverage SQL and platform capabilities to segment audiences and scale campaigns within the Apple ecosystem.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys.
  • Assess product and strategic objectives, platform capabilities and data needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly communicated.
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and program improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity and identify issues.
  • Identify key opportunities for innovation in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.
  • Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
  • Design marketing automation flows and launch multi-channel customer communications for Apple services.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
  • Technical proficiency in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys
  • Proven experience with logical reasoning and critical thinking
  • Experience in SQL to target customers through customer segmentation
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
