Job Description
Responsibilities
- Track performance across all marketing channels (email, SMS, QR codes, ads)
- Ensure all campaign links are properly tagged (source, campaign, building)
- Manage and execute campaigns using Customer.io
- Create and manage QR code campaigns (Bitly or similar tools)
- Monitor clicks, bookings, and conversion rates daily
- Build and maintain tracking dashboards (Google Sheets or similar)
- Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, CTAs, and offers
- Identify what’s working and what’s not, and suggest improvements
- Assist with retargeting setup and campaign optimization
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Data-driven and comfortable working with numbers
- Fast executor — you move quickly and get things done
- Curious and willing to test new ideas
- Interested in startups, growth, and marketing
Preferred
- Experience with email platforms (Customer.io, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics tools or spreadsheets
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels or performance marketing
