Responsibilities

• Track, attribution & data integrity: Manage UTMs, pixels, events, and conversion tracking
• Ensure Google Ads and Meta tracking accuracy
• Perform GA4 validation, debugging, and QA
• Maintain CRM-to-ad platform data integrity
• Implement and validate offline conversion tracking
• Protect attribution accuracy as spend scales
• HubSpot CMS & Marketing Operations: Build, edit, and troubleshoot pages in HubSpot CMS
• Manage forms, workflows, and CRM hygiene
• Diagnose and resolve routing, tracking, and form issues
• Support franchise-level consistency and rollout execution

Requirements

• 3+ years in paid media, marketing technology, and/or growth operations
• Proven ownership of paid media strategy and execution
• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• HubSpot CMS experience
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
• Ability to build, optimize, and troubleshoot multi-step marketing automation workflows
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows and prototype ideas
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in-office 4 days per week in Orlando, FL
