Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of Paid Social campaigns—planning, buying, monitoring, and optimizing for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Lead our expansion into community-centric platforms like Yelp, Nextdoor, Pinterest, and Reddit with localized strategies.
  • Analyze creative performance at a granular level and provide data-backed briefs to the creative team to ensure our ads are native to each platform and built for conversion.
  • Design and own statistically sound experimentation frameworks (hypotheses, holdouts, success thresholds) across creative, audiences, bidding, and landing experiences.
  • Collaborate with web and product teams to optimize landing pages and lead forms, ensuring that traffic from social platforms converts at peak efficiency.
  • Orchestrate cross-channel data loops by utilizing Meta creative performance and audience signals to refine Google Ads keyword strategies and personalize down-funnel Lifecycle email segments, successfully lowering blended CAC.
  • Maintain a rigorous feedback loop with the Sales team to monitor lead quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of proven success in a performance-based Paid Social role, specifically focused on direct-response lead generation.
  • Advanced hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Nextdoor, Yelp, and Reddit ad platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • You must be comfortable with Google Tag Manager and CRM-based reporting (e.g., Zoho or HubSpot).
  • A deep understanding of what drives a user to take action in a social feed, from "scroll-stopping" creative to frictionless lead capture.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding CPL and ROAS targets in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
