Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive new lead generation through website design enhancements, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (including building PLG funnels for different stages of intent).
  • Test and iterate on website copy, layouts, imagery, CTAs, and user flows; analyze performance and share insights.
  • Monitor website analytics to identify trends, conversion barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support SEO efforts by implementing best practices, optimizing content, and tracking organic performance.
  • Contribute to AEO initiatives by structuring content and pages to perform well in AI generated answer engines (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT powered search experiences).
  • Oversee and optimize affiliate, PPC and digital advertising campaigns, including A/B testing, keyword research, and budget management.
  • Develop and manage social media and community presence (including platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Reddit), actively monitoring brand conversations, engaging with relevant communities, addressing feedback, and leveraging insights to drive awareness, trust, and demand generation.
  • Build dashboards and reports to communicate key marketing KPIs, including conversion rates, site engagement, and MQL growth.
