Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead FanFeed’s marketing functions end-to-end — setting priorities, owning the roadmap, and making the calls on where we invest time and budget
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms with a focus on driving app installs and new user sign-ups
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships — particularly with sports and live music personalities — to expand organic reach and credibility
  • Build and execute email and lifecycle marketing flows that convert newly acquired users into active, retained ones
  • Create and publish content across social channels and distribution platforms to drive awareness and top-of-funnel growth
  • Own and grow our organic social presence across platforms, developing a consistent brand voice that resonates with live event enthusiasts
  • Track, report on, and continuously optimize all channel performance — you own the numbers, from CAC to install conversion rates
  • Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, targeting, and landing experiences to improve acquisition efficiency over time
  • Bring on and manage freelancers, creators, or agencies as needed to extend your capacity without losing quality or speed
  • Monitor competitor and category marketing trends to surface new opportunities and keep our strategy sharp

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role, ideally at a consumer app, mobile-first product, or early-stage startup
  • Proven hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager a strong plus; TikTok Ads a strong plus)
  • Deep, native fluency in social media — you're an avid, active user across platforms and have an intuitive sense of trends, formats, culture, and what resonates with different audiences before it shows up in a best practices article
  • Experience sourcing and managing influencer or creator partnerships, including contract basics and performance tracking
  • Solid command of email marketing tools and lifecycle sequencing (e.g. Klaviyo, Braze, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Comfort owning analytics end-to-end — you can pull your own data, build a performance report, and translate it into decisions
  • Strong written communication and creative instincts; you can write a compelling hook and know what stops the scroll
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited resources — you know how to prioritize, move fast, and figure things out without a large team behind you
  • A passion for live events — sports, concerts, or both — is a plus and will help you connect authentically with our audience
