Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate qualified contractor and distributor leads consistently
Launch and manage campaigns across: LinkedIn, Email, Paid ads (Google / Meta)
Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows
Own CRM performance and lead tracking (HubSpot or similar)
Plan and execute events that actually drive ROI (not just attendance)
Work directly with leadership to shape brand positioning and messaging
Continuously test, iterate, and scale what works
