Job Summary

Drive creator-led growth for a DTC neurodivergent kids brand by owning strategy, affiliate partnerships, and data-driven performance.

  • Proactively identify and recruit creators, manage partnerships and commissions.
  • Must-have: 3–5 years in eCommerce growth with DTC launch experience.
  • Standout: Data-driven optimization using Triple Whale and Northbeam plus agency orchestration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Trend Intelligence: Monitor platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) to identify formats, hooks, and narratives that can improve campaign performance.
  • Proactive Affiliate Growth: You don't just wait for applications; you are the driver of our creator ecosystem. You will proactively identify relevant creators and lead negotiations for commission structures and partnerships.
  • Creative Strategy & Iteration: You bridge the gap between performance data and creative output. You will provide specific, actionable feedback to agencies and creators.
  • Agency Orchestration: Serve as the primary internal lead and liaison for all specialty agencies. You are responsible for ensuring clear communication, strict accountability, and platform compliance across the board.
  • Strategic Execution & Brand Hygiene: Own and manage the marketing calendar to ensure a coherent brand voice and consistent visual alignment across every digital destination and touchpoint.
  • Performance Accountability: Own the data and deliver transparent, frequent reporting on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline impact, identifying exactly which affiliates and campaigns are driving profitable growth.
  • Operations & Detail: Maintain promotional calendars, SKU lists, and agency deliverables with attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks during fast-paced launches.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce. Proven track record of managing growth for a DTC brand, ideally during a launch or high-growth phase.
  • Social Commerce Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience with the TikTok ecosystem. You understand the mechanics of TikTok Shop, Creator Marketplace, and how to navigate the technical side of the Seller Center and affiliate payouts.
  • The "Practitioner" Lens: You have "lived" in social media. You can identify a high-performing organic post and understand how to translate that style into a high-converting paid ad using market standard framework.
  • Affiliate Mastery: Experience proactively recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of creators. You are comfortable negotiating commission structures and "seeding" products to generate authentic content.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable in the "math" of growth. You have experience using attribution and analytics tools (such as Triple Whale & Northbeam) to track CAC and ROAS at the granular level.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the children’s products, toys, or medical device sectors is a significant plus. You understand the empathy required to market to parents and the compliance needed for regulated categories.
  • Tech-Forward Execution: You actively use AI tools to expedite your workflow, whether it’s for drafting creator briefs, analyzing transcriptions of top-performing ads, or streamlining project management.
  • Communication: Strong ability to provide direct, constructive feedback to creative agencies and clearly present performance insights to leadership.

Preferred

  • Neurodivergent Context: A personal or professional connection to the ADHD, autism, or sensory-processing community.
  • Startup Agility: Experience working in a "lean" environment where you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Platform Breadth: Familiarity with Reddit and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad ecosystems in addition to TikTok.

Benefits

  • Remote Work
  • Flexible Hours
  • High-impact role in a fast-growing, well-funded company
