Responsibilities

• Own SueEasy's local launch across the Bay Area and experiment with whatever channels work
• This is not a role where you manage an agency from a desk. You should enjoy coming up with the idea, launching it yourself, measuring the results and quickly trying the next thing.
• What should the first billboard say?
• Which neighborhood should we target first?
• What unconventional campaign could generate customers for almost nothing?
• What does it actually cost to acquire a SueEasy customer?

Requirements

• Be highly entrepreneurial and execution-oriented
• Understand how to measure customer acquisition
• Be comfortable operating with a limited budget and moving quickly
• Be willing to get into the field and talk to customers
• Have strong creative instincts
• Be excited about building a market from zero

Preferred

• Experience with OOH, Google, Meta, TikTok, local media, multilingual marketing or community outreach is a plus, but none is individually required.
• Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog or Hindi is also a plus.
