We care deeply about delivering the best solutions for our customers. As a member of the Kargo team, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our growth. Working closely with our Marketing and Commercial Teams, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and nurture potential leads, ensuring a robust pipeline. Responsibilities - Own and execute Kargo's growth marketing strategy across the full customer lifecycle, using data-driven insights to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. - Mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth. - Provide tactical growth and marketing support to our sales team to unlock new opportunities to our largest accounts. - Own and optimize campaigns across channels including email, social media, PPC, and more. - Manage and improve the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid ads, SEO, content and social media. - Manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, optimizing features for lead/pipeline management, marketing automation, tracking and reporting. - Track, analyze and report on KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies. - Own and execute best in class Account Based Marketing programs while serving as a center of excellence for enterprise marketing strategy. Experience - 5+ years experience in sales, growth, or B2B marketing. - Experience with SQL, python, and/or other data analysis tools. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time, while working under tight deadlines. - Competitive, self-starter and works well within a team environment. - High level of interest in technology and supply chain management. - Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise, a plus. - Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.
