Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content-led growth engine, from strategy and SEO to paid campaigns and conversion optimization, partnering with product, legal, and sales to turn expertise into pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and publish content (blog, case studies, email, social) that builds authority and drives organic growth
  • Develop a content calendar aligned with SEO strategy and target audience needs
  • Partner with legal and product teams to translate expertise into accessible, compelling content
  • Own SEO and AEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content structure
  • Plan and run paid acquisition campaigns (search, social, retargeting) and manage budget and ROI
  • Build and optimize the website and landing pages for conversion
  • Set up and maintain marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting across channels
  • Run experiments to identify and scale the highest-performing growth channels
  • Partner with sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads convert into pipeline

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital and content marketing experience, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company
  • Strong technical SEO skills and comfort with marketing and analytics tooling (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar)
  • Excellent writing skills; comfortable producing content independently, not just briefing others
  • Experience running and optimizing paid digital campaigns
  • Data-driven approach: comfortable setting up tracking, interpreting results, and iterating quickly
  • Self-starter energy; comfortable building process and infrastructure from scratch in a resource-constrained environment

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to legal, compliance, or other B2B professional buyers
  • Experience with marketing automation or lifecycle email campaigns
  • Basic website/CMS experience (e.g., Webflow) or comfort making light HTML/CSS edits
