Responsibilities

• Own daily posting across TikTok, Instagram, and X. Two posts per day is the baseline.
• Build and maintain a weekly content calendar so we are never scrambling the morning of.
• Write hooks and captions that sound like a real person, not a brand.
• Move fast on tour announcements, onsale dates, and ticket price news the day they break.
• Appear in our own short form content. Talking head takes, screen recordings, reactions, quick tips on finding cheaper seats.
• You do not need to be a performer. You need to be comfortable on camera and willing to film yourself without a crew.
• Source and vet creators through platforms like SideShift plus direct outreach.
• Run negotiations, send briefs, and follow up until deliverables land.
• Review submissions against the brief and push back when something is too polished or off message.
• Keep a clean tracker of who is in flight, what they cost, and what each piece produced.

Requirements

• You operate without supervision. Give you a goal and a deadline and it gets done, on time, without reminders.
• You would rather post it than polish it. Something decent today beats something perfect next week.
• You flag problems early and bring a fix with them. Blocked is fine. Silently blocked is not.
• You take a miss well. A post flops, you figure out why and try again the same day.
• You are organized under load. Nothing slips when five creators are mid campaign.
• You have run a social account and posted to it consistently. A brand, a club, a creator page, or your own.
• You have made short form video people actually watched. Follower count matters less than being able to explain why a post worked.
• You are comfortable on camera.
• You can write. Short, direct, human. No buzzwords.
• Open to current students and recent grads.

Preferred

• You have run a campaign start to finish.
• Experience with paid social, boosted posts, or working with creators.
