Job Summary

Own the core operating system for a healthcare education function, aligning marketing, operations, and AI tooling to move materials, workflows, and education programs forward for patients and providers.

  • Growth & Marketing: support materials, market research, events, and resource libraries.
  • Operations & Process Improvement: standardize workflows, SOPs, reporting, and automation opportunities.
  • AI & Innovation: evaluate tools and implement AI-assisted workflows to scale administrative tasks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, flyers, one-pagers, and educational resources
  • Support business development initiatives and provider outreach efforts
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Assist with event planning, partnership opportunities, and growth initiatives
  • Help organize and maintain marketing content and resource libraries
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative projects
  • Organize workflows, SOPs, templates, and operational documentation
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and project coordination
  • Help identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
  • Build and maintain systems that improve team organization and operational consistency
  • Research and evaluate AI tools and emerging technologies
  • Assist in developing automation solutions for repetitive administrative and operational tasks
  • Support implementation of AI-assisted workflows and productivity tools
  • Help build knowledge bases, templates, and scalable operational infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process redesign
  • Assist in developing educational materials for patients and healthcare providers
  • Help ensure materials are organized, up to date, and visually engaging
  • Support training and communication initiatives across teams
  • Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Support cross-functional projects across operations, clinical, product, and growth teams
  • Prepare materials for meetings, trainings, presentations, and special projects
