Job Description
Responsibilities
- You are not sitting in review cycles. You are running experiments, analyzing what moves the needle, and building campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You will help design and execute UGC campaigns from start to finish. You will take BillBoss into the streets of LA and run guerrilla activations. You will bring growth ideas straight to the founder and watch them go live. You will study what works, cut what doesn’t, and move fast on the next thing.

Requirements
- This is a Summer 2026 internship based in Century City, Los Angeles, open to undergrad and grad students, working directly alongside the founder.
- Bring your portfolio. We want to see what you've built.
- You are comfortable with data and know how to act on it.
- You would rather be testing something than waiting for approval.
- You figure things out without being asked.
