Own and evolve the growth marketing program for our optometry space, from database enrichment and communications strategy to warming cold prospects into MQLs, while driving process improvements and mastering essential software.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Improve our database of qualified optometrists and staff
Improve the quality of our communications - including the strategy of those communications and the execution
Build processes to warm-up cold prospects into MQLs
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance - particularly around B2B marketing elements, but there may be some DtC desires as well
Learn multiple unique software packages essential for running an e-commerce/software company in the optometry space
Operate inside of a scarce, startup environment

Requirements

Proven experience (at least 3 years of increasing responsibility) in growth marketing, preferably inside of a consultancy or startup
Strong background in Hubspot, Klaviyo, and other key tools
Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change initiatives
