Job Summary

Drive paid social growth for ALSO across Meta and emerging channels with end-to-end ownership of CAC, creative testing, and landing-page impact.

  • Own ALSO's paid social acquisition engine across Meta (primary) and emerging channels with budget, structure, and optimization.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on paid social experience with six- to seven-figure monthly budgets in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Startup-ready operator with cross-functional collaboration across brand, CRM, and web teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own ALSO's paid social acquisition engine across Meta (primary) and emerging channels (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube), managing daily budget allocation, campaign structure, creative testing, and performance optimization with one goal: efficient, scalable customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute a structured creative testing program by generating hypotheses, building test-and-learn roadmaps, and rapidly iterating on hooks, angles, copy, and formats to drive down CAC and scale what's working
  • Act as ALSO's lead creative strategist for performance channels by briefing creative, writing copy, and developing concepts rooted in consumer psychology, partnering with the Performance Marketing Designer to bring them to life
  • Build and manage audience strategy across prospecting and retargeting, leveraging broad, interest-based, and behavioral targeting approaches to move customers through ALSO's 3–6 month consideration cycle
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting by translating campaign data into clear insights, identifying trends, and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with brand, CRM, and retail teams to ensure paid media messaging is consistent across channels and actively driving test ride bookings and pipeline in target markets
  • Manage and optimize landing page performance in collaboration with web and product teams by running A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, and offers to improve CVR and reduce drop-off
  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships where applicable, briefing and QA-ing partners and holding them accountable to performance standards without losing in-house strategic control

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on paid social experience with direct, daily ownership of Meta Ads Manager, including managing six and seven-figure monthly budgets, building and scaling prospecting and retargeting campaigns, with the results to back it up
  • A creative strategist's instincts combined with an analyst's rigor; you can write a hook, develop a creative brief, read a performance dashboard, and connect all three into a clear point of view on what to do next
  • Deep familiarity with Meta's evolving ecosystem, including campaign structure, auction dynamics, creative fatigue, broad vs. interest targeting, and how to navigate algorithm changes without losing performance
  • Experience marketing a premium, considered-purchase product with a long sales cycle; you understand that the job of paid media isn't always to close, and you've built campaigns that nurture over time rather than just convert today
  • Startup-ready operator who has built or scaled a performance marketing function in a fast-moving environment, comfortable making calls with imperfect data and moving fast without sacrificing rigor
  • This role will be based out of Seattle, WA. Interested candidates must be willing to come into the office 3-5 days a week.

    Benefits

    • Robust health coverage. Excellent health, dental and vision insurance covered up to 100% by ALSO with FSA & HSA options.
    • One Medical membership and dedicated insurance advocates.
    • Rich fertility and family building benefits with Progyny.
    • Flexible time off.
    • 401(k) match.
