Job Description

Growth marketing activities driving donor-focused acquisition and engagement in a part-time capacity.

  • Own end-to-end growth campaigns from SEO and CRO to lifecycle initiatives.
  • Must-have: 4–8 years in growth marketing with SEO, CRO, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Standout: Part-time role with data-driven experimentation for donor-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and research on conversion rate optimization efforts, content distribution, and channel prioritization
  • Digital campaign management
  • Collaborate with team members on social media promotion aligned to broader campaigns
  • Email and lifecycle campaigns
  • Developing clear messaging
  • Supporting monthly product launches and feature rollouts
  • Creating landing pages and product content - including visual elements
  • A/B testing
  • Landing page optimization
  • Messaging tests

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience running SEO, CRO, paid search, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong ability to translate product features into both clear messaging and creative that data you gather can demonstrate will resonate with our target audience
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance and running experiments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools

Preferred

  • Experience marketing data platforms or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or social impact sectors
  • Experience working with AI or data-driven products
