Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Media Buying: Meta, Google, and TikTok Media Buying
  • Growth Creative Engine: you’re in the weeklies reporting on what's working and how to iterate on it, generating fresh concepts, writing hooks and briefing creative
  • Landing Pages: You think of the full funnel/customer experience and own the landing page development and testing roadmap
  • Reporting & Analytics: You build reports, own the numbers, and communicate performance clearly to leadership. You know your numbers at the drop of a hat
  • Testing: You run a rigorous, always-on testing framework across creative, copy, offers, and audiences. You know what to test, how to read it, and when to scale

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Meta and Google media buying experience - you've personally built the structure and pulled the levers. Not supervised them.
  • Deep fluency in data - both marketing and business level
  • Strong creative instincts - you can generate a dozen hooks and know which three are worth testing
  • Analytical rigor - you're comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution tools; the numbers don't intimidate you, they excite you
  • High ownership mentality - if something's underperforming, you catch it, understand why and provide fixes before anyone even notices it.
  • Entrepreneurial drive - you think like a founder, not a vendor
  • Grit - The kind that shows up when tests fail, attribution breaks, and Q4 gets messy
  • You've figured out how to use Claude and other tools to out-execute people with twice the headcount. That's not a bonus skill here - it's the expectation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a fast-growing DTC brand (health, wellness, or CPG are a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with landing page development
  • You've worked lean — small team, big goals, figured it out anyway
