Job Description

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SEO and GEO strategy and execution, spanning technical SEO, content architecture, and ongoing optimization
Act as an embedded growth partner, accountable for organic visibility, traffic, and qualified pipeline
Use daydream’s SEO agent to prioritize work, generate content, and guide execution at scale
Ship pages, implement technical fixes (indexation, architecture, performance), and continuously update priorities based on results
Monitor performance, diagnose issues early, and adapt strategy to sustain momentum
Maintain a high bar for quality across content, technical work, and measurement
Partner closely with Engineering and Product to improve workflows and feedback loops
Communicate clearly with customers, translating technical work into business impact

Requirements

4–7 years of hands-on SEO or growth marketing experience
Experience owning SEO strategy and execution end-to-end
Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and search fundamentals
Comfort operating in client-facing environments with clear accountability for results
Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes

Nice To Have

Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or embedded growth role
Familiarity with AI-enabled or programmatic SEO workflows
Experience managing multiple accounts or initiatives simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High standards for quality, clarity, and execution
